Originating from a university research group, IDAG was founded in 1990 with the aim of sustainably transferring scientifically sound and practically proven health promotion concepts into the corporate world. Today, as a consulting and service company, IDAG supports organizations nationwide in the planning, design, and quality assurance of their Workplace Health Management (WHM) programs.

To strengthen employees’ health awareness, IDAG offers a comprehensive portfolio of measures covering a wide range of health-related focus areas under the guiding principle “Making Health Tangible.” All measures consistently pursue the goal of promoting health-conscious behavior as effectively as possible while linking it to healthy work design. Many of these services can be implemented both on-site and digitally and may be financially supported by statutory health insurance providers.
