Healthy Employer
The “Healthy Employer” certification makes your commitment measurable and your company’s attractiveness immediately visible. The award is given for outstanding performance in workplace health promotion (WHP) or corporate health management (CHM). The “Healthy Employer” seal builds trust in your corporate culture, strengthens your employer brand, and supports you in sustainably positioning your company in the job market. If you do not aim for or achieve an award, you will still benefit from your individual “Check & Act Report,” which provides recommendations based on your information for the effective further development of your workplace health structures.
Process & Costs
In order to be evaluated for the ‘Healthy Employer’ Award, you need to participate in our application questionnaire. You can access it with your company-specific access key. If you have not yet received an access key or have lost your previous access key, you can request new access by contacting us via info@ch-alliance.de or +492285043642.
After submitting your application, you will receive your individual “Check & Act Report” within 14 days. If you achieve a target of over 50 percent in the area of WHP or CHM, you will have the opportunity to verify your result through an online confirmation process.

Your application and the resulting creation of your “Check & Act Report” are completely free of charge and do not require any follow-up actions. If you qualify for an award within this context, you have the option to choose verification and licensing of the results. In this step of the process, costs are incurred depending on the number of employees, as this factor determines your reach and the usage scope of the employer seal. You are welcome to request a non-binding cost estimate.
